During cross country

- Keep a good pace
- Don’t look behind you it will slow you down
- Don’t run up hills
- Sprint at the end
- After cross country
- Stay hydrated
- Cool down after
- Have a sit down (and have a good sleep)
- Go toilet after
- Get changed
- Make sure to stretch
